First, I like how your line work is solid and consistent. Not much variation, but since Watase doesn't use much line variation and you used her art as a reference, you could do no wrong. ^-^ I REALLY like how you gave their hair many low lights and highlights, I think it really works for the whole soft theme of the picture..

That's great. The eyes are the best part of this piece, the effect is really good.

God... you're trying to do everything you can to make me cry. I wish it didn't work so well... You know, the worst part is how happy this makes me feel - happy enough to cry. I feel horrible for feeling happy about it, but I guess I've trained myself to be optomistic. I see this and I just think about how much I love you and how much you love me and how wonderful you are and how, no matter what happens to put physical distance between us, our hearts will always be as close as the way you draw us. It gives me this lump in my throat and makes me miss you so bad, but at the same time, it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside... it helps me cope with being so far away from you, and having to go without the hugs and the softly whispered "I love you"s I've come to rely so much on. I love you more than I can say, more than I can show. You're so much better at expressing how you feel then I am, and I love you for that.
